Don earned an MA in Economics from NC State University and spent his professional life as an economist, statistician and/or policy maker at RTI International in Research Triangle Park, NC (25 years) and the USDA’s food safety policy division in DC (14 years). Don enjoys traveling with Jackie, feeding their backyard birds, and spending time with their children and grandchildren.
